Under the Board's direction we will:

bullet Supervise all contracted firms or personnel necessary to maintain operations
bullet Collect assessments for the Association
bullet Send late notices and initiate filing of liens and collection of past-due assessments
bullet Process and disburse funds for invoices, approved charges and service contracts
bullet Maintain association records available for inspection by members
bullet Maintain updated roster of owners
bullet Send "Notices of Non-Compliance" as required
bullet Conduct on-site inspections 
bullet Attend meetings of Board and Membership
