"Home Watch" services are designed for the owner who needs management services during times when the residence is not occupied, such as extended vacations or temporary absences.

"Home Watch" services include:

Owner must maintain sufficient funds in an operating trust account with Attwood-Phillips, Inc. to cover the cost of management, as well as charges for utilities or other contract services.  The owner receives a monthly statement with original paid invoices.

Fees for "Home Watch" Services:

Fees for "Home Watch" services are calculated according to the number of visits, the number of services performed and the distance to the home from our office in Winter Park.
