Attwood-Phillips, Inc. is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) in conformance with the stringent criteria of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) which requires adherence to the highest standards in the areas of insurance, experience, integrity and fiscal stability.  When you choose an AMO®  you are assured of financial responsibility, reliability, integrity and professional competence.  Additionally,  an AMO® must abide by a rigorous and long established Code of Ethics regulating client relationships, advertising practices and operational procedures.

Management activities of an AMO® are directed by a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). Attwood-Phillips, Inc. is staffed with such highly trained personnel and offers a unique team approach which provides comprehensive, efficient and reliable property management.

Each Property Manager is responsible for a specific geographical area, ensuring that the manager assigned to your property is not only very familiar with it, but the surrounding area and rental rates.

Property Managers work in teams and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via pager and mobile telephone. We have backup personnel available at all times for emergencies. During office hours, the administrative staff is also available to assist in the every day management details of your property.
